Terrell Soccer Association

Dedicated volunteers are the backbone of this association.  Without them, there would be no soccer for the children of Terrell. 

Please consider sharing a small amount of your time with us.  Find out the areas where we need help by clicking the "Volunteers" page listed in the left hand menu.

Also, all volunteers must fill out a risk managment form.  This is a simple and easy process that will help protect our kids.

More volunteers involved in the day-to-day operations of this organization translate into more events for the kids and smoother operations for the assocation. 

We have needs in so many different capacities.  We are currently looking for volunteers in the following areas:

• Concession Management - (1-5 volunteers) open and operate soccer field concession stand.  Saturdays - appx. 2-4 hour shifts beginning at 9am and ending at 4pm. 
• Assistant Coaches - assist head coach in running weekly practices and games.  Step in as coach in head coach's absence.  Requires 3-4 hours per week.
• Team Parents - maintain contact with player's parents, assist coach with paperwork, organize snack plans and various other duties.  Requires 2-3 hours per week. 
• Tournament Volunteers - Provide needed assistance during tournaments and during the two weeks prior to the tournament.  Areas of assistance include t-shirt sales, concession management, procuring donations, field monitors, etc.  Requires 3-4 hours prior and 2-4 hours during the tournament.

Dedicated volunteers are the backbone of this association.  Without them, there would be no soccer for the children of Terrell, especially at the low cost that we strive to keep. Most other sports programs in and around the area begin at $60 ours is $45.

One of the first steps that North Texas requires us to do is complete a risk managment form.  This is a simple and easy process that takes just a couple of minutes and that is in place to  help protect our kids.
